December birthdays are HARD! In October, I think, “I need to start planning the twins’ birthday party.” Then I turn around and Thanksgiving has passed and we’re full speed ahead slamming into December and I have no plan in sight. This year, the brand new Totsville Indoor Playground and Sandbox in Glen Burnie saved me! Totsville made having my boys’ 5th birthday easy-peasy!
Parties last two hours and you get one hour of exclusive play time for your group. This means even older children can play. Hit the sandbox and build castles, roll around in the ball pit, race through the climbing structures and down the slides. There was no shortage of laughter and squeals for my boys and their friends and cousins. Totsville offers two HUGE party rooms on their lower level that also has a bathroom for all those potty runs. There is ample space for kids and parents too!
The hour party-time was perfect. Totsville orders the pizza for you (two are included), but you are welcome to bring in any additional food. For us, we brought some light appetizers for parents in case they didn’t want pizza. The Totsville party attendants helped us dish up the pizza and cake and clean up the messes as we went along. Presents were opened in a whirlwind of excitement and the staff was back to help us clean up, pack up our belongings and help us load our vehicle. Our boys were EXHAUSTED after this fabulous birthday party and certainly can’t wait to head back to Totsville to play again soon!
