This year, let your children spend their summer at Kiddie Academy of Millersville, where our CampVentures® STEM program turns their ordinary summer vacation into a summer of exploration. All day adventures. All summer long.
While other camps might classify themselves as a "sports camp" or "arts and crafts camp" - Kiddie Academy of Millersville is all-in-one. From June 18 – August 31, each week the themes and activities change so children get a range of experiences across the summer to keep them engaged, learning, and having fun! By the end of the summer, students have enjoyed a "well-rounded" summer filled with exploration!
Each age group (2's, Preschool 3’s, Pre-K 4/5, and School-Age 5-12) has a different theme from week to week to keep the adventures exciting. Some examples of our 2018 camp themes include:
- Lights, Camera, Action! - for those who love the spotlight
- Let’s Go Camping – for the nature lovers out there
- Constructing Towns – for our future architects
- Creepy Crawlers – for those who enjoy looking for and learning about bugs
- Water Play! Water Day! – for those who like to splash around
- Kiddie Academy Olympics – for our athletes
Our hours of operation are from 6:30am – 6:30pm, which includes breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack! Kiddie Academy offers a variety of activities this summer both on-site and off-site (for school age only). For our younger children who won't be taking off-site field trips the fun will be coming to them by as we invite exciting guests to visit our school (i.e. a puppet show, the ZooMobile, an animal group, etc.).
