Being a mom is so tough! The day to day challenges alone are enough to break a mom some days. I meet moms regularly who celebrate the fact that they showered or managed to throw on some mascara. There are the working moms who manage to juggle carpool, PTA, sports, scouts, laundry and more. The stay at home moms who talk to Elmo and Fireman Sam all day. (Tell me you don't). The moms who envisioned a long career decided to stay home instead and re-invented themselves with a whole new career working from home. There's spit up, puke, poop, spilled milk in the car (ewww), goldfish crackers on the floor. There are bloody knees and elbows, wiggly teeth, and funky smells. Let's face it: Mommin' Aint Easy!

Macaroni Kid Pasadena-Severna Park is excited to announce the 3rd Annual Rockstar Mama Contest: for moms that are rocking motherhood! This contest is designed to celebrate the everyday struggles of being a mom and honor real local moms who make it look easy! C'mon, I know you know a mom like this-one who deserves to be pampered? We're going to do just that!
TEN finalists will be joining us on September 9th for a day of pampering and fun! There will be hair-styling and makeup from Rumors Salon & Spa, Fashion Styling and a fun photoshoot from Love Anchored Photography.
BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! Each finalist will also receive a ton of swag, goodies, and gift certificates from local businesses! And there's STILL MORE: there will be a voting period following our event for one week-and then there will be a Rockstar Mama named! The winning mom will receive tons of prizes including organizing services, fitness classes, gift certificates and more!
