The event will be INSIDE at the Jing Ying Institute of Kung Fu and Tai Chi, which is located at 1195 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd #6, Arnold, MD 21012. Get driving directions here. It's just south of the Severn School lower campus. Look out for our big Family Fun Fest sign and balloons to know where to turn.
