One of our county's most exciting annual events is almost here: the Anne Arundel County Fair on September 14-18! Events are at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds in Crownsville.

From pig races, to 4-H exhibits, to concerts, to carnival rides, the fair is an unparalled five-day family fun event.
Kids under age 10 get in FREE.
We're unapologetically biased towards kids 😉, so we're highlighting some of the fair events especially geared towards KIDS!
🎡 Kids Day: Friday, September 16th
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Children’s Day is open to preschool through elementary school age in this kid-friendly enviroment!
There is special pricing between 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM only on Friday 9/16: 8 & under are free, 9 & over are $5. Tickets are available at the gate.
Special activities for Kids Day include:
Pig and Duck Races
Livestock Animals
Free Kiddy Rides
Milking Cow Station
AACo Sheriffs office K-9 Demo at 11:00 AM

- 9:45 AM Contest Begins
- Casual Dress Only
- Judging is based on appearance and personality
- Held at the Upper Stage
- Each age group is limited to the first 25 children
- Pre-register by September 14th or on the day of the contest
- Age Groups: 1-5 years old
- $5 entry fee payable at registration
How To Register
Please email following registration information to Joseph at degreeniavt@gmail.com:
Child’s Name, Child’s Date of Birth, Parents' Names, Parents' Phone Number, Email, Child's City and Zip Code, and Child’s 3 favorite things. Confirmation email will be sent to parents.

We've got two tickets to give away to TWO different winners! Tickets are good on any day of the fair. Kids under 10 get into the fair for free, so the tickets are for ages 10 and over.
You must be over 21 to enter the contest. Contest runs from 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 7 to 12:00 on Sunday, September 11.
