My husband Wil and I recently used Ace Handyman Services for small home projects, and we were impressed from start to finish, and with all staff we worked with. Wil and I are decidedly NOT do-it-yourselfers, so Ace Handyman Services has been a godsend to us!

Over the past few weeks, we have had craftsmen come out on two different days. They made a new door for our crawl space, cleaned our high-up ceiling fans and shelves, and installed 4 sets of new blinds.

Convenient Scheduling
It was super easy to make an appointment. Alex, the office manager, was prompt and professional. She answered the phone the first time I called. She asked what type of projects I needed done, and she estimated the length of time the craftsman would need. She offered several available appointment times, and all were within a few days of my call. Alex easily scheduled the appointment on my preferred day and time.
Reliable
The craftsmen CALLED me the night before to confirm the work I needed done and the time frame they would be coming in. They also asked if we needed anything else done in addition to the originally scheduled projects.
On the day of the appointments, the craftsmen texted when they were on their way to my house. I could also follow on the Ace Handyman Services online route tracker, so I would know their exact arrival time.

Professional and Excellent Work
All work we had done was done quickly, but efficiently.
At first Wil and I thought all we needed was a repair on the door to our crawl space. When our craftsman Michael came out, he saw right away that we actually needed a whole new door made, and he thoroughly explained why.
Michael knew exactly what type of material he needed. He left to go to the hardware store to get the material for the door. He returned quickly and made and installed the door in an impressive amount of time. Craftsmen often have the tools and materials needed for projects, but when they do not, such as the case with our door, they go to the hardware store to get the needed materials and return to finish the project.
Michael cleaned our ceiling fans and shelves that are 12 feet off the ground. He covered up furniture below the ceiling fans, and hardly left a trace of any dust.

Joe came another day to install 4 new blinds. He knew exactly what needed to done, carefully took down our old ones, and perfectly installed our new ones. Ace Handyman Services also offers haul-away services, which we took advantage of. Getting our new blinds in could not have been easier!
