While we love the great outdoors, sometimes we also need some great local indoor play and activity places. Whether your need to be inside is weather-related, the urge to try something new, or for a playdate, we've got you covered!
We've rounded up some of the best indoor play and activity places in the northern Anne Arundel County area. Some places you can drop-in, and some you just need to call in advance to reserve your spot. Be sure to let them know you saw them on MacKID .
DodgeArrows Annapolis (formerly known as DodgeBow Annapolis)

Launch arrows at DodgeArrows Annapolis as a group or individual experience!
DodgeArrows is like dodgeball but with bows & soft-tipped arrows that’ll leave you and your family ducking, dipping and aiming for victory. Note: reservations are required.
DodgeArrows features competitive gameplay, nerf battles for groups and soft archery-based activities for individuals and families. Like group play, individual play uses soft-tipped arrows to overcome indoor soft archery challenges, perform trick shots and participate in other exhilarating games. And the best part?… it doesn’t require multiple players.
Individual soft archery games are open to the public by appointment during select hours and days; you can reserve 1 or more tickets on Wednesdays and Thursdays for 45-minutes of play and just $15 per person. Families are encouraged to reserve tickets ahead of time as these activities tend to book fast and DodgeArrows cannot guarantee play time for those without reservations.
Note: On Wednesdays and Thursdays, your $15 ticket is flexible in giving you access to individual soft archery activities or to DodgeArrows Competitive Games if there are enough players.

Marley Bounce House is an entertainment and fitness facility for children location inside Marley Station Mall. They promote active physical play and creative learning.
Play Street Museum - Severna Park

Play Street Museum Severna Park is an engaging and educational neighborhood children's museum with activities for toddlers and children up to 8 years of age. Our neighborhood children’s museum transports your young ones to The Town Square where they can explore interactive exhibits based around life in the city. Playtime reservations are recommended.

Rolly Pollies is open to the public for open gym. Open gym is mixed-age supervised play time for kids of all ages. It is a great opportunity to keep the kids moving when going to the park is not an option, or the weather is not great.
Run, jump, tumble, climb and bounce, plus build incredible forts and make up games.

The Blended Essentials is more than a store, its a place for friends and family to be creative together. You can spend time making your own candles, soaps, scrubs, lotions and more. STA Shoothouse is an Airsoft facility, where you get an immersive and thrilling experience that will test your tactical skills and teamwork. State-of-the-art equipment and professional staff will ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable time.

Totsville is an indoor playground for little ones. They are open 6 days a week and offer open play every day (times vary, so please check their Facebook page or call ). Totsville features a large silica-free sandbox.

Warriors Gymnastics has four in-ground trampolines, two loose foam pits, and much more.
Open Gyms are every Wednesday from 9:00-9:50 AM for Tots age 5 and under and every other Friday from 6:00-7:30 PM for everyone and 7:45-9:00 PM for ages 14+.
