Owner and Instructor Latoya Neal combines her passion for child development and nature to create fun, engaging yoga classes tailored for children and their caregivers. With over five years of experience, she has successfully introduced yoga and mindfulness across various settings, including schools, summer camps, homeschooling environments, and museums.
Hol-body’s mission is to promote mindfulness for the whole child, nurturing their growth in every aspect of their lives- at school, at home, in extracurriculars, and most importantly, within. Latoya believes that every child is born with a gift to the world. Hol-body’s programs are designed to preserve these gifts that the world oh so needs!

- Yoga Explorers: Weekly classes for ages 2-6
- Yoga for Athletes: Weekly classes for youth athletes ages 13-16
- Full Cup Yoga Flow for Parents: Weekly yoga class for adult caregivers

Class Descriptions
Yoga Explorers classes offered weekly for ages 2-6
Yoga Explorers introduces young children, starting as early as 2 years old, to the joys of yoga and mindfulness through fun and games. Familiar games like freeze tag and red light, green light are transformed into yoga sessions using poses such as tree and warrior. Some classes even include mindful crafts, like flower arranging. Meditation can be spent giving a beenie baby a ride on little stomachs as inhales and exhales move in and out while feeling the sunshine or wind on little cheeks.
Yoga for Athletes- weekly classes for youth athletes and sports teams ages 13-16
Focuses on stretching, stress relief, and body awareness. These classes provide immediate benefits, helping athletes manage the physical and mental pressures of competition. As teens navigate the transition from childhood to adulthood, they face challenges such as communication, expectations, hormonal changes, and social dynamics.
Full Cup Yoga weekly yoga class for caregivers- combines mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and a touch of playfulness to help cultivate balance in adult caregivers' busy lives.
Private Events
You can rent our studio space for private events for sports teams, birthday parties, wellness classes, etc.
Also, you can bring Hol-body Kids Yoga to your school, business, event, or other programs.
