Come dressed in costume and trick or treat in your favorite stores on Oct 31st from 6pm-8pm! You can then dance to fun music by Ellis in the center court. We'll have treat bags at the front main entrance of the mall. The event is for children aged 13 and under. Sorry, but masks and weapons will not be permitted
