Don’t miss this fun, FREE, family event! We will have music, shopping, Trick or Treating, a costume contest and more on October 22 from 11am - 3pm. The event takes place at Park Plaza in Severna Park. 

SHOPTOBERFEST is a Fall Shop Local Festival with a Halloween and Oktoberfest Flair.
